How does it work with QuickBooks Online?
Aequo Collect reads customers and invoices from QuickBooks Online; invoicing and payments stay in QuickBooks.
When a customer pays in QuickBooks Online, the next sync updates the invoice balance. Aequo Collect does not take payments or apply cash; it focuses on who to chase, when and how.

How do I automate payment reminders for QuickBooks Online invoices?
QuickBooks Online has built-in automated reminders. Aequo Collect adds a timed sequence per invoice, a credit grade per customer and a predicted payment date, so you can focus on the invoices most likely to be late.
Can I edit reminder emails before they go out?
Yes. Each reminder is drafted in your chosen tone with your signature, and you can edit it before sending. Auto-send is off unless you turn it on.
Does Aequo Collect take payments or apply cash?
No. Customers keep paying the way they do today, and payments are recorded in QuickBooks Online. Aequo Collect picks up the new balance on the next sync.
Does Aequo Collect send SMS reminders?
Not yet. Reminders are sent by email.
