Early access for NetSuite, Sage Intacct and Business Central
Selected teams can now apply for early access to the Oracle NetSuite, Sage Intacct and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central connectors; QuickBooks Online, Xero, FreshBooks and Zoho Books remain the generally available integrations.
When auto-send is on, Aequo Collect sends each due reminder step on its own, never sends a step twice, and stops a sequence as soon as the invoice is paid, voided or written off.
Forecast reads your QuickBooks bank balances and receivables
Aequo Forecast now starts from your QuickBooks Online bank balances, adds open customer invoices, bills and purchase orders, and uses 12 months of history for recurring payments and seasonality.
Early-access items are available to selected teams only. Live integrations today are QuickBooks Online, Xero, FreshBooks and Zoho Books; see integrations for current status.

Collect rewrites each reminder email around the invoice, the customer's payment history and the step's tone, and falls back to your template if the draft is missing the exact amount or invoice number.
Forecast reads your QuickBooks bank balances and receivables
Aequo Forecast now starts from your QuickBooks Online bank balances, adds open customer invoices, bills and purchase orders, and uses 12 months of history for recurring payments and seasonality.
Form 1099 generation now applies the reporting threshold for the tax year ($2,000 or more for payments from 2026, $600 before), and the tax compliance screen flags vendors who meet it.
Portal change-order acceptance goes to contractor approval
When a subcontractor accepts a change order in the portal, it now waits for the contractor's approval, which updates the subcontract, schedule of values and job costs in one step.
Workspaces in their first 60 days see a short, dismissible question about how they found Aequo, with an optional note on what they asked or searched for.
PlatformWorkflow
A simpler first-run welcome screen
New workspaces now get three numbered steps to first value: start a 14-day free trial, connect accounting, and upload a first invoice.
