What does Aequo Forecast do?

Aequo Forecast projects your cash position for each day of the next 90 days and warns you before it gets tight.

  • Known outflows: bills and purchase orders in Aequo AP, by due date.
  • Expected inflows: outstanding customer invoices, weighted by how overdue they are.
  • Recurring items: rent, subscriptions, payroll and similar payments detected from 12 months of QuickBooks Online history.
  • Seasonal adjustment based on the same 12 months.
  • Alerts: low cash below your threshold, overdraft risk, large outflows and seasonal dips.

How do scenarios work?

You describe a what-if in plain English and Aequo Forecast turns it into an adjustment to the projection.

For example, "a customer pays 30 days late" delays and reduces inflows, and the scenario shows how the balance changes and the first day it would go negative.

How does it work with QuickBooks Online?

It does not yet read live bank balances, so the opening cash position is the one weakness to watch in early access. Tell us on the waitlist form which bank or accounting data you want it to use.
